This website is dedicated to assisting law enforcement in their pursuit of Sex Offenders.

I.S.O.R. is an extremely powerful investigative tool and is invaluable to you and your agency.  It can handle over 100,000 offenders when installed on SQL server!!  We would like to share this database with others in the hopes that it will ease your workload and make your community a safer place in which to live.  This database can easily be used to manage offenders, whether you work in the police field or in parole or probation, or any other setting that would require keeping tabs on sex offenders. With the aid of this database your agency is better able to manage it's sex offenders.  This program can automatically create arrest warrants, search warrants, 41-1's.  There is just simply no other product like this on the market.

I.S.O.R. is currently being utilized in the city of Wheatridge and in Pueblo, Colorado as well as the Cecil County Sheriff's Department, Elkton, Maryland.

The Cecil County Sheriff's Department requested a version of ISOR which could track Bi-Annual Sex Offenders.  We created a version for them and will post any comments soon.
